Great Pay and excellent benefits

Onsite Facilities. I shouldn't have to drop trough outside the building because their internal plumbing was cut off for several weeks.

* Positive environment * Friendly/supportive owners * if you like a variety of wine & beer there is plenty of opportunities to learn and experience tastes from different producers
Cons
* not many but because it is a family business you can be micro-managed.
