Huge workload thus time consuming, you have to keep yourself updated with new skills and mindset to cope with change, not really a con but just reality to help you advance in your career.

Worst School System Ever

Salary, neighborhoods schools are built in are more western style than local style.

Cons

No planning time poor managmenet no teacher observations for Cambridge Program Many unenforceable clauses in contract not a great employer. Large companies with no knowledge of education should stick to their industry. Vingroup obviously has done this for tax breaks on their communities they are building around Hanoi, and now HCMC. My friend said I would never last a year there having known people who worked at Vinschool. I should have listened to him.
