Pros

You have your own office/ work station. Nice clinicians. If you’re lucky you’ll get a supportive supervisor who will contribute to your clinical growth. Diverse trainings. Great health insurance!

Cons

Heavy on billing. Some supervisors like to micromanage. No company culture. The IT director likes to police clinicians- be aware! Agency is open from 8am-8pm , if you don’t advocate for yourself , you’ll work long hours with no OT due do clinicians bring salaried employees

Pros

Two pros are co-workers, and there is a work/life balance.

Cons

HUB supervisors undervalue and disrepect their employees. HUB supervisiors create an unhealthy enviorment and often display favoritism, which explains the high turnover rates. Management also lacks leadership skills. There are no opportunities for professional development for clincians at the HUB, even though trainings are offered to non-HUB clinicans. If you are an associate still collecting licensure hours, then I highly do not reccomend working at the HUB (VIP).
