Pros

Some of the co-workers are great and small office atmosphere is nice.

Cons

There is no management! Very very unprofessional, what is said around the office and how the management treats staff. There is a lot of yelling! I would not recommend working here if you are looking to make a difference or grow with a company.

Pros

expensive and flashy office space, although mostly empty space since no one lasts here long enough to fill. This place was okay a few years ago. Now you can tell snr management anything and kiss up to them and you can get away with anything if you are really really good at kissing up. One division of this company in the South is good and professional.

Cons

Dead end job, very little room for advancement or growth. Getting a deserved raise is as difficult as finding the holy grail. Consistent disrespect, yelling, and cursing by senior management in the north office. A lot of finger pointing and throwing everyone under the bus. Micro management with a magnifying glass at all times. Big brother is watching and tracking your every second. Favoritism if you kiss up and get on their good side, if not expect unfair treatment. Yes boss attitude expected no matter how wrong or backwards the commands are. Senior management is always right. They brought on a manager that complains how bad the last company was and how it's so refreshing to be in a new company. The irony is that this character has enacted all the same one way rules that ruined the last company and tore it apart to a sellable piece to profit a select few all while the majority got shredded in the corporate greed machine. The funny thing is that the last company fell apart so the buyers were left with an empty bag at the end when everyone bailed. History surely repeats itself if the same mentality is in charge. This company does not know what they are doing as they constantly layoff people. A complete circus act.

Pros

If you ever want complete chaos, zero structure & order, this is the place to be. Free healthcare but they dock you heavily with paying you the lowest possible pay scale in the area so is it really free?

Cons

This place is ran by uneducated people that thrive on feeding their egos with destroying other peoples moods. Management specializes in intrusive micro management tactics and tracks every second of your day and will question you about it, even if you are on lunch break in which case they will call your phone and hound you down. They simply can not stand for happiness in the workplace as to them work is supposed to be torture and sweatshop like with massive hours expected well beyond 50 - 60 hour weeks all with zero reward since you are on payroll and have to work what is expected of you. No overtime compensation of any sorts, a petty holiday bonus once in a blue moon. A hostile environment with poor disrespectful treatment of staff from management, a lot of yelling, bickering and backstabbing and to make up for it they will take you to happy hour once in a while when they finally feel guilty enough for their actions which are worthless since they will only disrespect you again in the near future. Management thrives on backstabbing and making everyone look bad in order to make themselves look and feel good, they simply feed off of playing people against one another and creating an even more hostile environment all together. In less than a 6 month time span, you will find yourself reporting to 4 separate supervisors, non of which are qualified to be supervisors to begin with then the throw spaghetti on the wall and see what stick management strategy begins in which you will be, promoted, then demoted and likely eventually laid off, I've seen it happen countless times as they hire by the handful to keep up with their high HR turnover rate. Management will take about 6 weeks to make a decision on anything no matter how insignificant the task at hand would be and during those 6 weeks they will change their minds and divert your efforts into about a dozen different paths and at the end will come back and decide to do what you told them to do to begin with 6 weeks ago and then they have the audacity to get mad at you about it for taking so long to complete all the while pretending the decision was theirs and stealing your idea since they can't remember you originally advising them to make this exact decision that they finally came to. If you ever want complete chaos and zero structure, this is the place to be. This company back stabbed a funding & founding executive management level investor who for over a decade kept the place afloat and they did this all over a disagreement on a personal level, in other words they are ruthless and even if you bailed them out financially and kept their lights on and kept the company from going out of business, they will still throw you to the wolves and feed you to the sharks if you set them off and considering the supposed attention deficit medication these people need to function allegedly, it really doesn't take much to get a drastic mood swing and go from normal to psycho in under 10 seconds from almost all of management. The final con that needs consideration is that there is zero job growth or advancement in this company which is ultimately the final reason to consider in deciding to work here or not.
