exciting work, vehicle architecture fundamentally safer than competitors

Cons

Even though it was always a bit wacky and expected a lot from employees, it was taken over by a combination of ex-disney and ex-lockheed executives and got worse. It's a good product but a combination of bad management and external pressures have pushed out everyone who cared and had the ability to leave.

Cons

Slowly taking away employee's benefit like WFH and required 50 hrs/week. Management is conflicting with each other and made bad decision because of schedule driven or lack of technical knowledge.
