      Pros

      - Idea behind the company.

      Cons

      - Lots of cons available. - Toxic work environment created by few current employees to keep their position due to lack of work ethics they have. - when you raise any problem you will be started blackmailed by that employees in official way. - They will take credit of your skills. - your ideas and suggestions will be stolen and used for their benefits. - it’s not 5 day working, They treated you like they bought you by paying money.

      Pros

      You get the chance to work on new technology like neo4j as a graphical DB which is very interesting and easy too.

      Cons

      If you are fresher as a Java Developer, then on switching job you may found difficulties, as you didn't get knowledge related to mysql and hibernate which is required if you switch the job.

      Pros

      - Good and interesting product to work on. - Good exposure to different technologies and their applications. - Lots to learn during the training period.

      Cons

      - Casual leaves and WFH provisions are treated as a favour and not an employee's right (for the developers' team only). - No compensation for working overtime on holidays. - Unprofessional management in the tech team. - Favouritism in work allotment and assistance. - Rigid/archaic mindset of some seniors.

      We thank you for your feedback and the points you have raised. First of all thank you for highlighting the pros. Regarding the cons: a) disappointed to hear about your casual leave experience. We have made changes since this review was left to improve the process. WFH as a casual leave avoidance is still not possible though. b) We don't encourage overtime, and hence paid overtime is not in the policy. We apologise if this caused any inconvenience. c) We would have liked learn more about the unprofessional management in the tech team and favouritism. As this is not something we encourage. We are constantly thriving for better work practices and we have taken this feedback in a constructive spirit that it was provided with.
