      I cant think anything positive. You will use only antipatterns in this company.

      Cons

      Bad practices . Worst place to start . Worst place to work for. Payment depending on tasks. The only plan of this company is how to get money from clients even with the worst solutions that is very bad for your career path specially if you are a junior. The environment is completely unprofessional. Just stay away.

      - You will have a lot of quiet hours, as in not a single sound will be heard

      Cons

      - You will be alone the majority of the day - Anything you learn will be by you googling stuff and trying things on your own, there will be no guiding whatsoever - There will be irrational expectations, - Pay is average at best, on par with most other companies

      Unbearable employer. I cannot stress this enough! No actual training ever takes place. Total lack of organization. The code is a total mess. All the projects start when they are already beyond the deadline.
