      Toxic - Steer Well Clear

      Pros

      Dedicated and hardworking staff, allowing the business to punch above its weight. Good products. Holiday entitlements and benefits package. Good opportunity for promotion, even if not qualified.

      Cons

      The management are a joke. Huge salaries for inexperienced managers, clearly in the business purely for personal gain. The president has zero people skills, no broadcast experience and takes preferential treatment of his work "friends". Clicky and pathetic. Huge salary differentials between workers and management. A very difficult industry, most competitors have now ceased trading.

      To be honest- the only pros was getting away from the company and quitting. Worst company I have ever worked for and that is honesty!

      Cons

      Greedy management who have no clue how to run a company. Shareholders should really know what is going on there. Disgusting!

      Reasonably good products. But heavily over engineered. Maybe why they are loosing money.

      Cons

      Run by very greedy and devious management. Take a look at their vcp package and what it did for the share price. No confidence in them at all.
