Good comp for management. Annual bonus. Sometimes there’s free snacks.
Cons
Task-oriented managers struggle at effectively managing people. Maskless closed door meetings with Covid spreading through the office. No flexibility - pulling teeth to WFH. They are supposedly implementing a hybrid schedule. They watch the clock and will let you know if you’re leaving “too early” even if your work is done for the day. Culture non-existent. No development. Poor corporate communication. They sent out an email recognizing Mental Health Month with three days left in the month.
