Appraisal of 15% after a year. Appropriate for entry-level engineers.

Cons

10-hour shifts. Barely any compensation for Night shift allowance. Travel allowance is petty change. Calls after work hours. No proper compensation for overtime. A single toilet for 25-30 employees. NIGHTMARE!

Wishing I could give 0 stars. This company fails its employees daily. - physical fights with no consequences - sexual harrassment with no consequences - will ask you to work every weekend - poorly managed projects - ignorant people in charge
