      Pros

      If you like being in a fast paced environment and thrive in chaos, you might like this place. If you like lease accounting and doing a bunch of stuff outside your area of expertise to help the company survive, you might like this place.

      Cons

      Major nepotism in the form of the CEO’s family members being in roles they have no idea how to do... people aren’t treated well and the culture is negative. Turnover is becoming high, and the company is losing a lot of talented people who aren’t going to put up with it anymore.

      Don’t Even Consider Working Here

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere similar to working in a library. Not much expectations for performance within my role and what I’ve heard from others in other departments. Free coffee, flavored seltzer, and occasional fruit offered as treats.

      Cons

      The leadership hierarchy is comical at best since none of them are able to accomplish collaboratively to propel the business forward. It is extremely boring within the office while management provides no meaningful direction other than what is passed down from the manipulative and insecure COO. It has gotten to the point that many of my colleagues are enjoying working here and have to put on a facade in order to not get fired. No happy hours or company celebrations other than those that are orchestrated as publicity events to appear to be a “fun”’place to work.

      Growth won’t last long as the window for opportunity is narrow Limited vision for the future Plans to grow not backed up by effective strategy and topics No consideration for employees and career path Little experience by ceo in running organizations for growth.

      While I am disappointed to hear about your experience, it is not what we typically hear from our employees. “Growing pains” seems to be a common excuse in fast-moving companies, but we recently added a lot of great people in strategic positions to mature our processes. It often takes some time before the positive results can be witnessed from change.
