Pros

- Lots of passionate, talented people working together - Demanding work that requires a lot of thought, collaboration and attention to detail - Great experience in the financial services sector - Committed to continuous improvement of all processes, trying to be agile at all times

Cons

- The directors of the company struggle to agree on a common strategy and vision for the company, as a result the strategic vision of the company appears murky at best, non-existent at worst now - There are a lot of horses in the race in terms of product development now, which is fragmenting the resources of the company. This has contributed to a lack of momentum in some areas and a lot of divided attention. - The core products of the company are aging quickly from a technological standpoint and the company is struggling to keep up with the pace of innovation coming from the tech industry as a whole, particularly with respect to the cloud, as the core products are so complex they require significant investment of time and money to modify. - There has always been a lot of politics and interpersonal conflict within the company which seems to be escalating out of control a bit - Career development for employees doesn't come across as much of a priority
