Pros

Small team, so high potential to have an individual impact. Friendly co-workers.

Cons

Lack of executive seniority & ownership. Lots of buzzwords, no substance. No room for individual mentorship. Bootstrap mentality is expected. No customer first attitude. Lots of putting out fires and patching up customer relationships. High stress. Bully-style leadership. No awareness of diversity, (micro)aggression, or social issues.

Pros

Good tool (in potential), good financial rewards

Cons

Promises to employees and to clients are as easily made as they are broken Below par development of the tool Not enough knowledge in the organization to sustain acceptable delivery of solution Bad organization which puts more and more pressure on developers to deliver, wihtout sufficient documentation or support to do their job Consequence: deliveries of projects on time and on target is not possible. Bad overall communication - the one who is yelling the loudest gets most resources Board is mostly windowdressing the organization in order to sell it for a high price, instead of trying to be able to deliver projects in a sustainable way

Pros

Amazing group of people, everyone is nice and helpful. Company structure is rather horizontal. The company does really revolutionary work in their market segment. Owners are brilliant and you can learn a lot from them.

Cons

There is too many things to be done at the same time which can evolve into chaos and lack of planning.
