      Pros

      I get very good opportunities to contribute to the companies growth and grow by myself. Allow me the freedom to choose the right path as long as I bring result. The founder President is the guiding force with tremendous experience, keep giving us newer ideas to evaluate, plan and explore. It is very exciting to be part of such a company

      Since this is an MNC and head office is at Houston, US, some times we at6 Singapore have to attend meeting outside of normal working hours

      No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedure, etc)that comes along with any growing company. Growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it.
