Amazing, friendly team where everybody’s work and place in the company are valued.
Involved team and involved management/CEO.
Competitive salary, great benefits, fully remote work environment.
Cons
If you’re looking for a bigger company, that might be a con. Vitrium is a small team (not really a “con,” just something to be aware of)
This company puts family first which is really important to me. I feel this makes me and others on our team more happier and more productive. It's a small company which also gives it that family-feel. Your voice will be heard in the company and you can make a direct impact in the company, unlike if you were to work for one of the big guys like Microsoft, Amazon or Facebook.
Cons
No cons really but you do need to be very sharp and on-the-ball at this company. Also, the company is still small so you may need to wear multiple hats but quite frankly, that's why I love working here as it offers more diversity in the role.
This is a small company with an efficient management team. Vitrium as a company dues truly value its employees and puts all effort into serving its customer base well. Employees have impeccable work-life balance and this is clearly a focus from the top down. It's a workplace that values family.
The product team understands Vitrium's market and produces solid software that edges out the competition. Everyone works hard and you will be compensated for your results.
Nice office in a central location downtown Vancouver. Walk right off the skytrain into the font door.
Cons
You need to have a good understanding of technology and software-as-a-service.
