Pros
1. Flexible working environment. The co-founders are just amazing and so much friendly. 2. Nice scope for learning. 3. Nice food and snacks. 4. The office staff are so good and friendly.
Cons
1. Very poor salary structure. You should negotiate these clear-cut while you will join. 2. With the growth of this company, there are existing politics in some teams. I don't know why the authority supports these 3. Most of the time some people criticize juniors. If you tell anything about these to the authorities, they will instead red mark you. 4. The Co-founder is much more dependable on CTO. The CTO of this company couldn't cooperate as gently with the employees. 5. Some team leads are much more toxic. But most of the team leads are polite and gentle. 6. No Govt. holidays. 7. Poor incriment system. If you tell them about increment, they will red mark you instead. 8. They judge you not by your performance. Most of the time they criticize you and you will feel low for this. Sometimes they try to push you to fail. Dirty politics.
