Pros

-Very flexible hours -Can take large amounts of vacation (unpaid) -Small open-plan company of around 10 people

Cons

-No vacation or sick pay to full time workers -Micromanagement -Pay starts under tech industry average -CEO once yelled profanities at an employee -Required to record and report 'distractions' and length of distractions over the span of a day once a quarter, including washroom breaks -Frowned upon to verbally ask or use the inter-office messaging system to ask colleagues questions (email preferred)
