Good place to learn how to not be treated well
Pros
I learned of skills for how not be treated at any company I work at ever again. I saw why best practices were developed and why they should be followed and not Completely ignored.
Cons
Poor management style, lack of communication, frequently belittles staff publicly in the office. tells you they know better about everything and how rubbish current or previous staff were. No shared business strategy. All for the benefit of ego and not for the betterment of customers or staff. Lip service to data security. Misleading customers about staff locations globally Tell staff they can always be replaced by someone cheaper if they don’t like the poor conditions. The internally tooling to complete any work is horrible and needs to be upgraded from 1995 quite badly. Creates poor quality blog material to pass off as their own, sometimes from Wikipedia and sometimes from other well known publications.
