      Volition is a biotechnology company that researches, develops and produces biotechnologies for cancer detection. We dare to be different and believe in ourselves. Volition is growing like a family, adding new generations and finding the best people to form a coherent and healthy structure.

      Cons

      Like all new businesses, we're constantly evolving (in terms of scale and quality). Everyone has to strive to be the best, because we're all in this together, for everyone.

      Pros

      It's a growing company with loads of highly invested and hard working people working to change the way that cancer and other serious illness is diagnosed. People are focussed on this goal and it makes for a really great place to work. A year in I know there is loads more we can and will be doing, but I have a great team around me and great support from the leadership so I'm happy.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, communication can be a challenge - particularly because we're distributed. But there is lots of work by the senior team to address this and continually improve this area.
