Pros

High pay and good benefits

Cons

Hired as a full-time employee for what turned out to be a temporary position. Laid off after a year when project was complete.

Pros

Benefits, the old supervisor we had

Cons

They fired the best boss we ever had, due to a new manager coming in and not liking our supervisor. The new manager fabricated a story to get him gone, and no one higher had the guts to push back with HR. We had the best boss you could ask for but one guy lying, got him moved.

Pros

Great benefits, 401k matching, impeccable leadership, plenty of OT hours, equal opportunity to excel with the company, and they are a family oriented business.

Cons

The only con I can even think of is the amount of time I spent away from my family when we went on storm duty. Sometimes we would be gone for a few months at a time.
