      The people and technology were great, but there was not a consistent focus on direction.

      Cons

      Being a mobile media company the competition was very strong.

      Pros

      I was able to essentially build my position based on the what I perceived as the company's needs with little interference from management.

      Cons

      Limited resources, no budget. Company was collapsing under its own weight of mismanagement, and bad business decisions. Scrapped its own technology in favor of re-selling lesser technologies.
