      Good company but too bad it's going down

      Pros

      Has good Swedish culture (safety and environmental conscious), slower pace of work and quality work life in general. Great colleagues and good products.

      Cons

      Very slow in making changes and decision making process is lengthy. Poor management at senior level and almost all are yes-men under the current APAC President.

      Boss has big ego and only think highly of staff who fawn on her. Does not realise her own shortcomings.

      Good work life balance. Friendly colleagues. Good quality products.

      Cons

      Low moral standards of top management (APAC region). Only want bootlickers and yes-man in the inner circle. Very toxic environment if you aim to climb the company corporate ladder. Not receptive of diverse opinions.
