      I have been working for last 5.5 years and have enjoyed every moment working here. One thing that has not changed in this period is the amazing team and people you would work with. Some of the good things that you can expect : 1. Great leadership 2. Team that cares for each other 3. Data driven approach on decision making 4. Growth hacking culture

      1. People who are not used to fast paced growth it could be a challenge. 2. teams in distributed location - stakeholder management is a key skill without which you will not be successful

      1. You work with multiple teams across offices. This is one place where you get to work on global opportunity on any task at hand. 2. You work with smart folks who are eager to make an impact. 3. Very analytical - right from CEO to everyone has a great eye on numbers KPI 4. Vuclip hires smart folks and expert the domain experts to drive their own KPIs in alignment with business teams.

      Cons

      1. Initially it is difficult to navigate your way through ( It is like swimming in the ocean) . Once you are in the system it becomes better. 2. Not for 9-5 job seekers. It is a fast paced culture. 3. Focus on being the industry leaders.
