We strive for our people to have the right balance of work hours which is why we use shifts, that vary from 7am to 11pm (8 hour work day per team member) specifically so people won’t be over worked. Thank you so much for your feedback! I do understand a career path is very important. While we've rolled out a company wide leveling chart that looks at both people manager and IC tracks, and built out career tracks for Engineering, Product, Creative and just wrapped up Finance, we still have a few groups that need more structured and detailed plans. Until then, we can work with your manager using the leveling doc (you can find a training on the HIVE - our internal intranet) to give you a bit more clarity on how you can grow here.
