      Pros

      Great vacation package (23 days with 5 you can roll over).

      Cons

      Classic organization that over-promises and under-delivers to clients putting client facing employees in difficult situations, forced to explain to clients why they can't deliver. Lack of middle managers to help grow employee skill sets or managers that are so over extended they are worthless. Upper management is unresponsive to suggestions for improvement. They hear the same requests over and over but make no changes. Employees using old technology - manager won't upgrade. Pay is considerably lower than industry standard.

      - Cool office in a good location - Good rate of product development

      Cons

      - Extremely high staff turnover for such a small company - a lot of people are let go even though headcount is increasing - Narrow minded approach - would benefit from external input and advice - Logic behind performance goal setting is unclear and seems poorly considered - Don't particularly care about employees - free drinks on a Friday offered in lieu of meaningful benefits like time off, flexible working, health insurance etc. - Company sees itself as having a small tech company / start up feel but operates in a restrictive and old fashioned way
