Pros

Location and the work life balance.

Cons

The company appointed a new team Head earlier this year. Since then it is no longer a good workspace in town for great Engineers.

Pros

- customers really love the product - high brand recognition in the industry - some of the coolest people you'll work with (enough to give 2 stars)

Cons

- bonus tied to office attendance which is tracked - strong investor pressure on upper management, felt by employees - HR pretends to listen, but does not action. HR works for upper management, not you. - gossip is common- amongst management, between teams, within HR, especially about attendance - while missed goals are sales based, company decides to layoff marketing, does not bring it up in monthly meeting and rebrands it as a "re-org" - depleted culture- little interaction with other teams outside of meetings - every employee from pre-investment will tell you the same

Good product, bad culture.

Pros

They have a winning product and seem to be growing.

Cons

The culture here has plummeted since I started there. People from different teams used to hangout, we'd have ping pong tournaments, everyone was involved in other departments and very collaborative. Now, people seem to avoid each other, they are very cliquey and only seem to talk to people within their own department. Not only that but there is high turnover and the executives don't seem to be doing anything about this. If they won't do anything about this then they really need to just let them go fully remote since this will also help them save money for however many thousands a month they're paying for this building.
