      Incompetent managers and especially the HR department. Overtime only if you are favored. No training.

      There are good benefits through Marriott.

      Cons

      doesn't seem to be like other W hotels. lack of culture. lack of upper leadership. the managers who are working hard daily have very little support from the "higher ups" and leave once you get used to them. your voice might be heard but nothing is done.
