      You work as consultant, so you can have good or not so good experience in the clients. It depends.

      Community environment and consultants get together every Friday. Salary offer alongside 30% rule makes your net income competitive, and 10% of the profit share increased every year.

      Cons

      No clear growth path defined, some clients may demand to little, we can stay in a client that is not wealthy
