Pros

Great colleagues, supportive environment and lots of social events.

Cons

- Salary is rather low. - Although they brand themselves as a hospitality design firm, it is changing. 2/3 of projects in Singapore are residential/ mixed use- led by a mixed use specialist principal. - As all other companies, they are hungry for profit. However, so far, they refuse to reduce cost by having satellite offices and still retain a high overhead; salaries in Singapore are just not competitive.

Pros

Great location. Hybrid working available.

Cons

Bad management all the way to the top from the MD to the operations manager. Very toxic environment with elements of backstabbing from senior management. No one takes accountability- tend to “let go” just before 2 years of employment-

Toxic Environment

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Good location Good benefits package

Cons

Toxic backstabbing environment Senior management and directrs have no built experience and feel constantly threatened by employees with more experience. The directors struggle to get work due to lack of experience and lack of interpersonal skills. Some directors can barely speak english and have less experience than new staff. Cannot trust anyone as there's a big backstabbing culture Design is basic, mostly copies of other architects as there is no design culture or legacy.
