Management or lack there of... Provide zero communication, zero training, zero help to obtain the companies goals. Management will barely answer emails when help was requested. They treat their internal and external customers the same way.

There is no direction, poorly managed and selective communication. Hypocritical management will tell individuals they promote within, yet hire outside of the facility. You can succeed if you are willing to get into the inner circle of middle management. Finger pointing is also a trademark that runs rampant within this company. Benefits package, and wages need to be looked at long and hard. The most over used word with WCD ... team, there is no team unless you are willing to play the "game"
