So many. The people here are very impressive, determined, bright, hard working and loyal. Everyone mucks in, everyone's ideas are considered, we go on journeys together. The leadership team are open to new ideas and are supportive. You work hard for the team, we rely on each other. There are so many perks as well being employee owned, it's great! Everyone is looked after. The lack of 'red tape' and never-ending 'processes' that comes with large businesses is so refreshing and 'freeing'. I'm so excited for it's future as its foundations are very strong thanks to the hard work of employees that have gone before and remain.
