Pros

I found a few close friends here. The people here are to easy to get along with. They are my only relief from the terrible management

Cons

The management is by far the worst Ive seen. They had no respect and consideration for their staffs. Always understaffed and making them do extra hours. They dont pay the extra hours and the staffs are not encouraged to claim it back. Holiday pay wasnt paid as promised in the contract. Rosters keeps changing without informing staffs and new rosters never release early for staffs to plan their personal arrangements with families and friends. It seems that the management is expecting their staffs to always be ready for their operations needs. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Comfortable salary and able to work in an airport where you serve people from all walks of life, so it's very interesting
