Pros
No overtime, had a good MD in Singapore but she left. No office politics. People just do work and leave when they finish.
Cons
Extremely poor senior management whom are inexperienced and unaware of the changes and shifts in technology demands. Some senior managers behave as if they are experienced, but it is only running at the expense of their ego, and are good at condescendingly talking down to surbodinates, instead of helping them nurture into good leaders. For account management, they are at high risk of being unemployed if you are intending to stay in the company long and moving to another job in the future.
