      Pros

      I have found many to work well with each other and act as a team. Communication is encouraged. Supportive Leadership, respects work-life balance, offices have great atmosphere with team building activities. breakfasts/lunches.

      Cons

      Every company will have pros and cons, no where is perfect, but I really dont have any major complaints. Overall it is a great company and great people!!

      Since starting with WNA, I've been able to expand my knowledge and share my ideas. Leadership has proven themselves to be ready for employees who want to develop their skills and grow with the company.

      Cons

      Benefits are excellent but would be good to have an EAP program.
