We're also happy to hear you felt we have a wonderful CEO in Heather, we fully agree that she's the best! In regards to the way we operate as a business, our focus on culture and doing right by our customer hasn't changed. We're growing fast, and with that growth can sometimes come pivots and changes we didn't anticipate, but we remain steadfast in maintaining the things that made us special as a company over the years.
