Pros

Many smoke breaks, people come to work late and leave on time.

Cons

Poor management - from both C-level and managerial level. Retention of staff is poor - high turnover rate (within a year, my team of 12 saw 8 people leave). Incompetent Business Directors - lack of experience. Lack of integrity - failure to deliver scope of work but still billing the client. Lack of transparency - outright lies to the client(s) about being able to hit KPIs.

Pros

Encourage new ideas, Good clientele and an interesting range of projects to work on, Fun work atmosphere and culture. The fact that it's a part of a global network gives us access to useful tools and thought leadership.

Cons

Long hours when a pitch or project is being rushed out. Since the Agency is hiring quickly, people often can't go through detailed induction and need to go through quick learning curves

The people, their drive, the work being done, the opportunities offered and the collaborative culture

Cons

like with all jobs during crux points, work life balance could take a bit of a hit, but it also boils down to your own time management and priorities
