I love that I work fully remotely and I am able to be a working mom comfortably. I have also been a paralegal for 10 years and I really appreciate the commodore we have. We have regular paralegal roundtables where Amiel Wade checks in with all of the paralegals and asks how the firm can improve and asks about any issues we have come across. We also have a group chat where we just post the random questions that we come across throughout the day and I have never seen a question unanswered. Although we work remotely, I believe we work as a team.

My favorite things about working at Wade is the overall structure of being able to serve your clients with as little interference as possible. First, there is trust (in your ability to manage your case). Second, there is good support (Accounts receivable handles client care while admin and paralegals handle logistics that could otherwise bog you down). It allows the maximum opportunity for the attorney to maintain a good working relationship/rapport with the client. Third, there is a good attitude with the office overall (success is met with gratitude and recognition). There is meaningful reward for good work. You will not feel taken for granted.
