It WAS on the right track, had a fabulous recruiter who did an unbelieve job, had us down to 1 (yes, 1!!!!!) traveler and the CEO and other did their usual mean girl routine and she left. Now, we are packed with travellers and just about everyone you talk to is looking and ready to leave - at least we are unite in that!
Cons
A very high school mentality of the top leaders, very mean girl which is really a shame since this is a woman lead organization. HR was not great but now it is truly awful and not trustworthy which is also a shame. The turn over in the past 6 months has been mindboggling, again, lost a prenominal recruiter and some of the most dedicated and knowledgeable staff (Stephanie, Hannah, Sara, etc.)
