      Pros

      There are some really good people that work at Walker and they want to help you grow In your career. There is a family atmosphere for most of the employees.

      Cons

      Operational management on the network side. They do not take care of their guys and do not treat them as equals , they do whatever benefits themselves. There seems to be no consequences for the issues and lies they Produce. If you are not a hunting buddy you will not succeed and the central Texas market.

      - Pay well, but skimp on bonuses and raises. - Great GC relationships (from lunches and hunting trips)

      Cons

      - Value profits over people - Authoritarian leadership - 10 years behind on technology - Weak character in senior leaders - Under-table business practices - No accountability - All management are "yes" men. - Very little diversity - Celebrate mediocrity - Capitalistic (employees, even business development, pay for their own branded apparel at a premium. - Little to no documented or consistent processes - No on-boarding or support. Sink or swim, trial by fire mentality - Operate in silos - No transparency or communication from the top.
