      Alternate Saturdays off. At times flexible timings.

      Cons

      The boss ask employees to write good review on glassdoor and other review channel. No Job security. your service can be terminated if you dont follow what the boss says, doesnt matter if he is wrong. No focus on business but more on what employees are talking. Business is going down and down
