      Pros

      Strong family business. They work very hard to beat competition in their field. great benefits.

      Cons

      Shift work for new employees. Not great pay. Education doesn't mean anything here compared to proven experience. Worked twice as fast as what good quality calls for. Always fixing the last guys mistakes because they didn't have time to do it right.

      A well run company technically, new plants and equipment, does great work. Good to have on the resume!

      Cons

      Senior staff are worked to death but still won't let go. Family-owned and highly centralized decision-making so no review process or opportunity for advancement.
