      Pros

      The culture at Walton is impressive. I believe the management team cares about it's employees and clients both. Sales agents, service agents, and admin staff genuinely care about the employees and clients needs, trying to do what is right.

      Cons

      As in most corporate settings, top down communication is sometimes an issue; leaving room for speculation.

      Pros

      The hrs are great. Monday- Friday! No more working weekends! Everyone at Walton is very understanding and caring. All the employees at Walton are very friendly and helpful in every department. Most importantly we here at Walton all work as a TEAM to make sure our clients are taken care of in a timely manner. Walton is one of the BEST places to consider employment. Mangers are always available and willing to listen to any ideas, concerns or issues.

      Cons

      I feel we could do a little bit better with updating the employees of changes or new things happening within the company.
