Pros

Great scope of clients, and a good early career company to get acquainted with the industry, and work with well-known companies.

Cons

It is very difficult to grow and get promoted within the current structure. Look at other brands in the wider organisation for better and faster career progression. Pay is very low, and there is a lack of transparency on pay, structures and growth from leadership.
