Pros

There are no pros for this company. Just another greedy insurance company trying to scam its employees and customers out of thier money and sanity.

Cons

Where to begin? The training is abysmal and employees are never even taught the full details of the terms and conditions for the warranties they sale. The management are fake and do not care about employees growth and well being. Only making more money to line their greedy pockets. Also the management loves to demotavite employees by putting down the group when goal isnt reached and saying it is all the employees fault. Sales are always stolen and redistributed to other agents cutting into your commision. Cancelletions of policies even months after being sold are taken out of employees comission sometimes $600 or more dollars at a time in a pay period. Commision is a joke. You have to make $4000.00 in sales in a 2 week period to start commission and you only get $0.25 extra for every hour worked. 80 hour work week ×$0.25 = $20 dollars of commision. Rougly translates to .005% commision out of $4000.00. To make a decent wage of 15.00 an hour you have to sell at least $13,000 in a 2 week pay period. Warranty service is terrible and customers are not interested in warranties due to high cost of renewal and hassle of getting repairs on thier appliances. You constantly hear horror stories of waiting 3 months or more for a repair on a customer's fridge or washer and dryer machines. People cannot go that long without the use of major appliances like that. As a customer you would be better off trying to fix your appliance on your own. A one year renewal on a 5 year old television can range up to $200.00 or more. 1 year old washer and dryer sets can cost up to $300.00 dollars or more for 2 years of coverage. Old phone leads are constantly recycled resulting in calling the same customers 10 times or more a month after they've said no everytime. They even call customers back that have requested to be put on a do not call list which is highly illegal. You get cussed at and screamed at for constantly calling and annoying the same people. The turnover rate is terrifiying. Nobody lasts in the department more than a year or two due to the childish antics of the management and the terrible pay and hours. In summary stay away from this place and continue your job search because there are much better oppurtunities out there.

Pros

Steady paycheck, overtime when I was first hired

Cons

As new representatives you're given a dirty used headset. The company truly has no regard for their customers nor for there employees. Policies that are ever evolving as management ever evolving. Supervisors won't take the calls when they should, back office folks not doing what they're supposed to do and certainly no follow up. Having to raise your hand and/or a flag if you need assistance.

Pros

Product line and pay are okay. But it's all flushed down the toilet because management is awful

Cons

If you want to learn nothing while getting paid for a bit until some overgrown babies throw a tantrum making you feel unstable.. Come work here. They have no clue wtf they are doing
