Toxic culture, low pay. Management is only interested in sucking up to the CEO

The senior leadership lacks Integrity. They have made many promises to the employees without follow through. When new leadership came aboard, there was been no casting of a vision to the staff. Routinely we would hear weeks later of an individual who was no longer there. Employees left due to frustration that had been there more than 20 years without any notification to staff. Not a place where you feel valued. Senior leadership would berate staff without any accountability. Staff members that worked for years were let go and executive's children were hired to replace them.
