Pros

If you're passionate about the industry - a great place to work! Challenging at times but rewarding. Opportunity to work in great spaces with top of the line equipment, a large and frequently changing assortment of coffee, and amazing co-workers.

Cons

Everything is relative, and like with any other similarly sized organisation, there are definitely areas for improvement, but overall as an employee I believe you get out what you put in, and given the challenges facing the hospitality industry in general, the company is trying hard to stay true to its values and provide employees with the resources to do great things.

If team good, the job is good.

Cons

Low labour budget drains everyone. You work as three people. Especially your manager takes most of the time sitting down and fake the clock in time. Fake reviews.

Pros

Coffee is good of course, nice lunches, more so in Brunch locations.

Cons

Not sure what it’s like in other shops but the culture seems to be a farce. Micromanagement is the main strategy for senior roles. Definitely a disconnect between the people who actually work in the stores and HR or other managers.
