      Flexi and easy work growing industry

      Cons

      Management team is navigating in the dark, doesn’t know how to penetrate new market. Current SDR Manager is promoted in less than 3 months of joining the company with no clear reason and run the team like a Call Center. No clue of how the market and industry is work. People will disappear for no clear reason.

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of right now is that it is not located in the Tel Aviv area.

      Cons

      Poor management, from top down. No cooperation from R&D, very weak QA, salaries are very low, compensations does not exist unless you are close to the management. Poor sales yearly forecast causes short inventory. I would not advise working there.

      The hardest workers are amazing people who are great to work with.

      Cons

      Far too many VPs who could care less about employees. Absent CEO who leaves his VPs in charge to the detriment of the company
