      Pros

      Very nice and friendly atmosphere amongst colleagues

      Cons

      You could lose your job at any moment for no specific reason. Since Waterloo bought out Emmis, each month, 3-5 people were let go. Lots of people quitting as well. Morale is running pretty low.

      Pros

      Incredible brands, passion of coworkers, strongest events in the market, allows you to live a fun lifestyle. Compensation is the best Austin radio. Personalities like James White, Tatjana Deegan, and Bruce Walden are a true joy to work with and consistently make their teams better.

      Cons

      No one does radio as well as Waterloo however, digital is sub-standard.
