Pros

It is a company that treats its employees like family. They are there to back you up through thick and thin. There are countless opportunites for growth. I am proud to represent the company and look forward to many successful years to come.

Cons

No need for any changes.

Pros

excellent health benefits but not worth working in the environment

Cons

Verbally abusive environment, disorganized workflow and terrible management. Parking is mostly unpaid until you are an employee for three years, which results in a parking bill of nearly $400 per month. The six owners were 'gifted' the company and none of them are qualified to run a company. Infighting, back stabbing, employees yelling and screaming at one another. My stomach hurt on the drive to work as I dreaded going there so much. Overworked and underpaid. Zero work life balance.
