Pros
Friendly chef to work under. Discounts on food are always nice. Everyone who worked there was very friendly.
Cons
The pay was horrible. I did not stay long enough to get a raise. I understand it takes about 4 years to get out of your entry level pay bracket. Seriously, 4 years? What's up with that?
